- Support / how-to / bug reports — include your Razorpay order ID if it's payment-related, and a screenshot if it's a UI issue.
- Refund requests — see the Refund Policy for eligibility. Please include your Razorpay Order / Subscription ID.

- Support: within 1–2 business days
- Refund requests: acknowledged within 48 hours; processed within 5 business days if approved
- Grievance escalations: acknowledged within 48 hours; resolved within 30 days (DPDP Act 2023 requirement)
