1. Who we are

This policy describes how Divergeix Worldwide Private Limited (“Divergeix”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the Divergeix Email Analyzer Chrome Extension and related services.

2. What data we collect

We deliberately minimise what we collect. The following table lists every category:

We name Razorpay explicitly because you will see their name on your bank/card statement and invoice. The AI model and cloud hosting providers are disclosed by category only; we may change providers over time without further notice to you, provided any new provider offers an equivalent level of protection.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with ad networks. We do not use it for purposes unrelated to the functioning of the service you paid for.

Primary servers and databases are hosted with our cloud hosting provider in the India region. AI processing takes place in the United States at our model provider. Payment data is stored by Razorpay in India.

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India without undue delay, as required by the DPDP Act 2023.

10. Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies. We do not run analytics scripts. The Chrome extension uses chrome.storage (a browser-local storage mechanism) to remember your preferences — this is not a cookie and is never transmitted to us.

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the service or to law. Material changes will be announced to users at least 15 days before they take effect, via the extension panel or the email address linked to your account.
